A.G.M. This will be held at the end of this month on Sunday the 28th
straight after church. Leaders can you please send your reports to me
as soon as possible, preferably by email thanks. That way I can just
cut and paste.
Anyone wanting to bring up anything in General Business is asked to put
it in writing in a letter to the leadership and it must be in the
office by 21st March.
Finally,
As Rob reminded you all earlier in the week, please prepare for the
Family Picnic at Anzac Bay on Sunday after church. A great chance for
us all to spend more time with each other. Yes the tide will be out
some of the time but bring your bats and balls, your barbecue stuff
etc. and plenty of food, as well as your togs!
Dont know where Anzac Bay is? Head to Waihi Beach and turn right onto
Seaforth Road and head right down the end to Bowentown and keep going
til you cant go any further. Lovely sheltered Bay with good toilets
and a large area for cricket etc as well as picnic tables under
pohutukawa trees.
